Plan & Survey Ltd is a professional firm run by Mike Course, who is a recently retired member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mike has been designing extensions to properties for 35 years and will provide free phone advice and quotes for potential clients.
To save our clients the problems of applying for planning permission and the associated approvals with projects, applications will be submitted on your behalf with us acting as your agent throughout the process. These will include Planning, Building Regulations and Water Authority approvals where necessary..
We work in conjunction with structural engineers, Party Wall surveyors and private and local authority Building Control officers to provide a complete package for your project. We also keep a list of reputable local builders if you require introductions. Advice can be given on Party Wall matters at an early stage; this is important with most building work to obviate the need to employ expensive Party Wall surveyors.
Initial draft plans are returned for consideration by the client within five days of survey, at which stage any alterations can be accommodated. The aim is to provide a speedy, efficient, cost-effective service – with a smile!
