"I do not recommend this company. After contacting them in April due to an infestation of rats in the garden they were helpful & visited 3 times to lay poison. The final visit was in July & it appeared that the rats had been dealt with. Now 1 month later the rats are back. JG Pest Control have a 3 month guarantee, but when I contacted them today they refused to honour this telling me that the guarantee is from the start of the treatment. With the first visit in April & the last in July that is 3 months, so their guarantee is worthless."

"I have some mice in my house so I called JG pest control in March 2024. I saw that they offered a guarantee and that is why I decided to use them. They came for an initial inspection, put some poison down and I was supposed to call them two weeks later for the next visit. I called them and they came for the next visit and they did something similar. The next time I was supposed to call them two weeks later, it slipped my mind, I didn’t call and when I did they told me it was too late…… The people that came tracked mud all over my house. Apparently they plug holes. There was not one hole plugged in my property. One guy in my kitchen cabinet said there was a large hole there but then said they could not plug it as it was inaccessible. I actually paid them for a second go around and they still did not get rid of my mice. I reminded them that they guaranteed the mice would be eradicated and they told me it was at the managers discretion. …. Great guarantee."

"After 3 visits I still had the same issue that I started with. The technicians lack knowledge, they didn't even look around my home to discover the source of the problem. The did a heat treatment which melted my windows, at no point was this mentioned to me that there might be a risk, given that they are 'experts's they should have known this could happen. £1200 later and I was still being bitten. I traced the source to mites coming through my wall. I could write a short novella on this company and the experience I had but quite frankly I just want to forget the entire experience. In my opinion you can sort out most pest issues yourself."
