Mardle Developments Ltd is a Bromley based family company who established themselves in 1998 and became incorporated in 2007.
We carry out a wide range of building works, both internal and external, for homeowners and commercial properties alike.
We are a family run business, consisting of a Father & Son team. We use our close bond to further our work. Each job is always of an incredibly high standard, leaving us confident in the knowledge that we leave our clients more than satisfied when the work is complete.
The people we employ and the way we work helps to deliver the outstanding finish and design which our clients expect. Most importantly, it means the jobs are completed on time and within budget.
At Mardle Developments we commit ourselves to develop long terms relationships with all our clients and we firmly believe its always nice to work amongst friends. "I’ve used Mardle for all odd jobs around the house since moving in, so when it came to doing a full refurb, Wes and team were the obvious choice. He did a great job of bringing my vision to life while also dealing with a load of ongoing building issues that I’d been unable to address before. There was no ongoing snagging list, with everything being closed out before they moved on to their next job, though Wes has also been great at popping back if needed, honouring the 12 month guarantee that came with the works."

"We hired Mardle Developments to build a two storey side extension. Wes provided a superb service. He kept us updated every step of the way, when a build takes over your house it can be very stressful, but Wes went over and above to make sure it all went super smoothly! The quality of work was amazing. All the tradespeople he brought in to work on the project were great too. Everyone always left the suite clean and tidy. Absolutely beautiful job done, well worth every penny!"

"Mardle Developments Ltd are great. Headed up by Wes, the work we’ve had done has always been of the highest standard. We met Wes when he came and quoted us for an en-suite in our first home. We didn’t have a clue about what we were doing or what we wanted. Wes was patient and really informative, and helped us make most of the big decisions. Since then we’ve had our kitchen and downstairs bathroom renovated by Mardle Developments Ltd. Wes is very genuine and trustworthy, we happily leave him with a key and go out for the day while he works. I’ve recommended Wes to friends and family, who’ve also been really impressed with his work. Now we’ve moved to a new house, we’ll definitely use Mardle Developments Ltd for future work."

"Wesley Mardle did an outstanding job for us which incorporated tiling(both floor and wall), plastering, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. He completely transformed our downstairs loo area, into something we'd hoped for. Given what was required (essentially completely gutting the room), having one person with such good skills across all disciplines was critical in that there were do delays with other suppliers of services. He made some helpful suggestions along the way which enhanced the final look. A really good person to have working in your home, as well as an excellent craftsman . Highly recommended - we will be using Mardle Developments again in the near future."
