"This is the 3rd time I’ve used LV plumbing and once again I am very happy with the work. Lazmir is punctual and quick to come out. The work done is good, and if it cannot be repaired straight away he has isolated the issue and returned to repair a little later on, meaning we are not left without heating or hot water. Communication is frequent and detailed. I highly recommend."

"Very efficient, came when he said he would, arranged an appointment to come back fix the issue first thing the next morning and again he turned up exactly on time. Completed the work (fixing leaking toilet, fixing central heating by replacing zone valve) quickly and with no fuss, was also happy to give advice about other things. Clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Would recommend and would use again!"

"LV came out for an emergency call-out to look at what I thought was an electrical issue with the pump on my oil-fired boiler. They explained up-front on the phone that they could not work on the boiler itself as it was oil fired but could look at other electrical aspects. They arrived and after spending sometime checking all the electrical aspects, concluded that the problem was indeed with the boiler and therefore that they could not fix it. (another oil-boiler engineer later confirmed this was the case). They were helpful, polite and despite having spent time travelling to my house and checking the electrical components, they did not charge for the call out. This despite the fact that they had come having been told that it was an electrical problem, which they would have been able to fix. LV would have been perfectly justified to charge for this call out. Would recommend LV as very competent, helpful and honest."
