Amy Johnson - Image 1 "I can't say enough good things about Del - I'd given him a tough job by purchasing tiles that were 20mm thick (oops) which meant he had to problem solve at the end of my job by refitting the toilet and the door 20mm higher. He never complained once, and Del and his assistant Ryan cracked on and completed the job leaving no mess and explaining every step to me to make sure I was okay with it all. Del was really polite, I felt comfortable having him and Ryan in my home and my kittens loved having them around too! I'll definitely be getting Del back next year when I'm ready for my kitchen floor to be tiled and would recommend him to anyone."

Michael - Image 1 "Del did an amazing job & we left him (literally, as we moved out, for the 2 days) to get on with it. He kept us fully informed at all stages of the work & even made changes to the installation (step near rear door..you can see it in the photo & also did additional tiling underneath Cabinet next to dishwasher) at no additional cost. We also had enough tiles, leftover to do the pantry floor. This wasn’t in the original quote but he came back, the next week, & completed this for an additional £100. This is how all tradesmen should be & a fine example to all. Highly recommended…⭐️🥇"

"Came following a recommendation. Quoted for resealing and regrouting a leaky shower. Booked in, dod the job on time, promptly and as agreed. Left the job clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again!"

"Del was an absolute legend. He was incredibly attentive to our requirements and showed the upmost professionalism in discussions prior to the job and on the day. He works quick and efficiently and was more than happy to discuss his process as he went along to keep me updated and reassured. The finish product is stunning and exactly what we'd asked for! Our kitchen tiles look 1000% better now. He cleaned very well once he was done, took all the old tiles away and even washed down the sink. We were so impressed and are planning to get him back to work on our bathroom. We could not recommend Rainwater Ceramics enough!"
