From these ratings, each of the local plumbers in our directory has been awarded a rating of up to five stars.  Why do most of the traders listed in Trust A Trader possess a rating of 4.5-5 stars? Because we only allow the best, most reliable traders to join our family and because, on the rare occasions that a trader does receive a negative review, the situation is investigated by our Customer Services Team and if a satisfactory resolution can’t be sought, the trader is removed from our site.
