    "Its a busy time of year however appt made easily, time and date given. On the day was kept in touch as to when would arriving, ( turned out to be earlier than originally tought it would be) Given charges at start of job, ( also had been given on booking) Problem dealt within time frame given. Polite guy, tidied up after himself. Will certainly be using again. Work was a leaking bath."

    "Quick response and good tradespeople but the misled on the quote and did not deliver the contracted services. Be careful to get a fully itemised quote stating product brand and spec, labour cost etc. I ended up being vastly overcharged for the work and they failed to deliver the services they wrote down. The office were unwilling to assist."
