At Wrights Roofing Services Ltd we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Dunmow and surrounding areas for many years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

Helen - Image 1 "In my experience this month, WRS have been professional from start to finish. I could not have wished for more lovely and polite staff to work on my home. The initial visit and drone survey clearly identified where the problems lay. The itemised quote was intelligible and included several images. The work to rectify the mess that the previous cowboy had left, reinstating lead flashings, and re-rendering the parapet walls, was scheduled in with a short lead time. The team arrived promptly each day and completed the work without delays, cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. Photos were available to view daily. I'm happy with the job and though it's early days, I have no hesitation in recommending Wrights Roofing Services to anyone needing any type of roofing work done. Since they are also trusted by both Hackney Council and Islington Council to maintain council property roofs, I think it's safe to assume that this is a knowledgable and trustworthy company."

"Fast response time, competitive quote, excellent communications, professional installation and repair work. Really happy with the entire job from start to finish. Special mention to Liam, Jamie, and Andy who were on-site for the work for 2 days and were professional, friendly, answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied when the job was done - thank you!"

"Wrights were one of three companies who inspected our leaking chimney/roof and were easily the most professional. As part of the initial survey they took drone footage and photos and sent these to us alongside a formal, itemised quote (rather than the vague verbal figures quoted by others). The team turned up on time, and carried out the work efficiently and thoroughly, and were friendly and polite. Photos were sent to us on completion and our chimney/roof looks in so much better condition!! The work hasn't been fully tested by storms yet but I'm confident that no corners have been cut (unlike a patch repair we had done by others a few months prior). Recommend."
