    "Exceptional! After arranging a date and time he arrived on time and and started work straight away! Initially the floor did not seem to bad, but on further investigation it was a complete mess. All kitchen units taken out and the rotten floor was removed. The repair was completed and units replaced and he went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen could be used that night. He is a one in a million!"
