    "Great overall friendly service, responsiveness and communication. I woke up to find my boiler not working. I called WLV who were extremely helpful. They explained the cost to visit and checked that was acceptable, then said they would check same-day engineer availability and get back to me ASAP. Within half an hour they confirmed they would get to me today and within an hour said that the engineer was on his way from the previous job. Ryan attended, was courteous and friendly and fixed the issue cleanly and efficiently. Really pleased with the overall service, responsiveness and communication. I will definitely use WLV again."

    "Been using WLV for 3 yrs now, always reliable to do a good job and turn up as appointed and have recommended them to family members with no issues. Scott came for the first couple of yrs, Ryan this recent appointment, can’t fault either, always pleasant and engaging, but most importantly they do a professional job. Top marks"
