He had no qualms about offering options of smaller repairs or doing a complete job - he has done both for us on different projects - and we are very happy with the results of all his work. "William has done three jobs for us now and is always a pleasure to deal with. He quickly assesses the problem and works out a solution, explaining clearly and providing before and and after photographs. He knows his trade well. He advises of other potential problems but is never pushy. He sticks to his quotes, arrives on time and is always friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him."
