"Wesley was the first to respond to my request for help with a piece of guttering that blew off our left conversion dormer during the recent storm (submitted via mybuilder[dot]com). Despite the height, Wesley managed to work from a ladder which enabled him to fix it during the first visit, whilst also utilising the items which had fallen and were reusable (avoids throwing away something that can be used again). From the initial conversation to completing the job itself - he was always very friendly and professional - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again."
