"Replaced uPVC window hinges to stop drafts. Gregg was excellent in communicating, gave us an estimated price range upfront, was happy to come see the job and chat with us before we decided whether to go ahead. All of that builds confidence in a trader, and we weren’t disappointed. He turned up on time, completed the job in the time estimated (helpful as we had a baby to get to sleep!), within the cost estimated and it’s made a huge difference already. Gregg and his colleague were respectful and good to talk to, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend."
