"The job involved moving a completely jammed and inaccessible old stopcock as well as replacing an outside tap. Josh needed to move pipework which involved drilling through a wall and I was apprehensive at first as thought it would be a really messy job. I was totally wrong and there was minimal mess and Josh worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days to carry out the work to a high standard. I know it's only a stopcock but I am so pleased with the result as it was one of those jobs that I was dreading. I would add that Josh is polite and punctual and definitely instils confidence with his skills and knowledge and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. 100% recommended."

"Josh came out to quote for a plumbing job that I was having problems getting done. He gave a competitive quote and was able to start the work in the time period that I needed. He was punctual and worked tirelessly to get the job done to the highest standard. The work was completed in the time he said it would be and I would have no hesitation in recommending him."

"We were in the process of investigating alternative heating options when our ancient combi-boiler failed. Having expected to be told we'd need a new one, Josh very promptly came out to see what could be done. He ensured it was safe then logically worked through replacing parts until he got it working again. This was a far more financially viable option than a direct replacement. Josh was determined not to leave us without hot water, was polite, kept us informed of the progress he was making and we was able to get us hot water again all whilst working under some external constraints and a couple of unexpected curveballs. It's fair to say Josh understands how to and delivers excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending him."
