"We had a garage conversion completed by Wells Construction in November last year. I can honestly say there were the most reliable, friendly and professional builders I have ever used. The work was completed on time, Josh kept me updated throughout the whole process and the garage was finished perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any further work, in fact I have already booked them in for some!"

"Josh and all of his team at Wells Construction are first class and a credit to their profession. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Josh’s estimate for our project was clear and straightforward and easy to compare with other estimates. The work proceeded in line with the estimate - all changes that we requested were itemised and reasonable. The project was completed in line with our budget. Josh billed us monthly in arrears which minimised our risk. The project was completed in line with our (and our architect’s) expectations in terms of time, cost and quality. Josh and the team were totally accommodating in terms our needs and wishes - they facilitated our living on site throughout the 9 month project. Apart from being highly skilled, Josh and his team are just really nice people who it was a pleasure to work with."

"Josh and his team have always been the ideal people to work with: they are highly knowledgeable, reliable and the quality of their work is excellent. We have used Wells Construction many times as we think they are the best tradespeople in the area and are the only team we feel 100% confident will get the job done and done well the first time! The peace of mind afforded by working with such professionals cannot be underestimated and I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"Josh and the team did an amazing job taking down a load bearing wall and joining two rooms as well as moving various pipes and installing underfloor heating. They were efficient and the work was excellent quality. They were also fantastic liaising with the other people involved such as flooring, kitchen and floor and window suppliers as well as the council to get building regs sign off. Thoroughly recommend."
