Oliver - Image 1 "This is my first time dealing with this sort of issue—rising damp that it. At this current time, I cannot fault the experience I have had with Weatherdry. The work was done promptly, and as far as I am aware, to a good standard … you can judge by the pictures."

"My mom was charged £1800 for a job and looking into this we have found that the item installed was a fraction of that cost. It seems a big instalment profit. Due to this we would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The cost of the job quoted and paid included VAT, two visits to the property, labour, materials, and a full guarantee for the work carried out. It’s important to note that when pricing any job, we factor in not just the product itself, but also the time, expertise, logistics, and peace of mind that comes with a professional service. If you have any after sales questions then please do not hesitate to contact us, Kind regards Weatherdry Damp Proofing & Insulation"

"My mum had an issue with black mould in her home. Weatherdry were excellent. They investigated thoroughly, identified the problem (condensation) and offered a solution. The new system seems to be working well. Winter will be the real test, but so far so good!"

"Friendly and professional service from requesting a quote to the completion of work. The Surveyorattended and spoke with both of us explaining and outlining how the job would be approached. After arranging a mutually convenient date, the team arrived. They clearly explained what work they'd need to do and what the outcomes would be and offered alternatives. At one point, in order to continue the work with minimum disruption to us, they called on their manager to assess the work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, very respectful. Excellent work and service. Highly recommended."
