We specialise in keeping homes warm, dry and damp free by offering a full range of DAMP PROOFING and INSULATION products.

"We were visited by Lee today to assess some damp in our porch. Lee was very honest and advised some simple DIY work may fix the problem. We are to try this and report if the problem is not resolved. I appreciated the honesty of Lee. Had he been a rogue trader he could have quoted for work which was not necessary. From initial contact the company has been very professional."

"I called “ Weatherdry” as we had damp on an inside wall. From the first conversation I was impressed and arranged for a survey to be carried out.I was very surprised and very pleased that there was no charge for this. A courteous gentleman called Jim arrived on time and very quickly established,on testing,that there was no rising damp, penetration damp, or condensation and advised that it was probably a leak from above, possibly from the heating system pipework. I have no hesitation in recommending this very professional company . Wilfrid Maughan"

"Initially sold the wrong PIV for the size of house. Installers solved the problem. No improvement to damp. 2nd visit advised exterior work. Pointing done at company expense and rendering done at our expense. Some minor issues after which were eventually put right. told it could take 3-6 months for damp to dry. We had to chase for receipts and guarantees which we now have."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We apologise for the wrong item being sold; however I am glad we rectified at which there was no extra cost for yourself. All contracts when signed clearly state the damp can take up to 9-12 months to dry out. As mentioned, we did extra pointing at no extra cost. If rendering was done, we do not do this as standard so you would have been asked to pay, which you kindly did. Receipts are issued upon payment, and guarantees are sent by both email and post.
