"Initially sold the wrong PIV for the size of house. Installers solved the problem. No improvement to damp. 2nd visit advised exterior work. Pointing done at company expense and rendering done at our expense. Some minor issues after which were eventually put right. told it could take 3-6 months for damp to dry. We had to chase for receipts and guarantees which we now have."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We apologise for the wrong item being sold; however I am glad we rectified at which there was no extra cost for yourself. All contracts when signed clearly state the damp can take up to 9-12 months to dry out. As mentioned, we did extra pointing at no extra cost. If rendering was done, we do not do this as standard so you would have been asked to pay, which you kindly did. Receipts are issued upon payment, and guarantees are sent by both email and post. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact myself on 01827 63967"

"We had some issues with condensation and damp reported in our homebuyer's survey - and the recent rain caused a serious leak, so I looked online for a solution and came across Weatherdry. They were able to come out the next day so we booked in an appointment. Gary was exactly on time (he'd been waiting outside, I think). We discussed the problems and he went round doing tests and talking me through his work. He was professional and friendly, and he recommended various things but didn't quote for any work - because we didn't actually need it. This was reassuring to me - and wasn't what I was expecting. I'm grateful for the visit and the advice so I'd recommend this company on the basis of my experience."
