Waterford are a family run business that have been trading for about 20 years. We now consist of a few tradesmen including Jez (our electrician) who is also a fully qualified heating engineer and an extremely skilled joiner. Then we have Martin, who is the elder of our team and and experienced bricklayer. Chris is our fully qualified roofer along with myself, Lee Allen, the Company Owner. Between us, we make an extremely good team who love a challenge and take great pride in our work.
I like to think we are different from most other roofing companies and with the response that we have earned from our customers, I believe our reputation speaks for itself.
We undertake all roofing work from tiling and slating to general roofing maintenance and repairs, with no job being considered as too big or too small. We guarantee a high standard of workmanship every time, with outstanding customer care.

"Lee was incredibly helpful, he surveyed a roof on house we are buying and came back with clear and helpful advice. He arrived on time, thoroughly examined the roof and itemised the problems and provided a realistic price on what it would require to make it good."

"Brilliant company, and service. I'm in the process of selling my house. Earlier this month, another roofer concluded I needed a brand new roof on my semi. I was sceptical about this, so I called Lee from Waterford for a second opinion. Lee came out in around 1.5 hours! He was honest and open, and explained my existing roof would only need minor repairs (some replacement tiles and hipping). The work began the same week, for a fraction of the cost of a new roof. Lee's guys were efficient, tidy, and meticulous with their trade. Lee even took time to speak to the buyer of my house to reassure her about my roof. Lee and his guys came out again this month to replace the rear flat roof (which absolutely DID need replacing). Fantastic work. Great price. Strongly recommend. Lee and his guys took time to take photos/videos of their work, and send to me. Customer service and pride is rare nowadays, particularly with roofers. Waterford was a breath of fresh air in this regard"

"Absolutely brilliant service! Several jobs needed doing, with the biggest job being the replacement of the flat roof at the back of the property. From quoting to completion of jobs was super quick and communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone!"
