    "Called this company this morning when our heating didn't work, we got an immediate answer and a time was arranged for a visit this afternoon but the pressures on the boiler righted itself and the heating started working. We cancelled his visit but we're very pleased with his promptness. We have kept his number in case the problem arises again. I have only given one star for some fields as he was not needed at this time but his other reviews are glowing."

    "Having been let down by another installer, Viktor were able to take on the work. He explained what would be required to complete the job and from start to finish he kept me updated on how it was going. He tidied up as he went along and disposing of the old parts, packaging, rubbish etc. The boiler repair was completed within the specified time and as per the quote. He were very professional, polite and friendly with a good working relationship. I was most impressed with his work and highly recommend him."
