"Late starting, over a week late finishing. Never advised what was happening - or more importantly, why it wasn't! I was always having to chase, only to be told something would happen which then didn't ! Spoke to the trader twice during the whole thing, he never returns calls nor does his office. Our experience was extremely poor. Hopefully the work itself will be better than their service."

Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, as its very important to us, we value your comment as customer service is priority. We understand your frustration as the work start date had to be delayed due to needing a permit before the scaffold could be put In place, This was explained in person to your daughter (who lives in the property) and to yourself over the phone on the morning work was supposed to start, unfortunately this delay was completely out of our control due to Health and Safety and council rules. I personally spoke to you numerous times during the work being carried out, on one occasion I took a phone call asking why there was no working being carried out and we had been on site all morning. Although the work did take longer than expected to complete we did try out best to do this as quickly and efficiently as possible and completed the works in less than 2 weeks which included a 4 day delay due to awaiting the scaffold and a weekend.
