"Vicon group completed a total renovation of our Edwardian terraced property in South West London. This included an extension to the rear of the property in reclaimed brick, skylights and the addition of a new boiler space and under stair toilet on the ground floor. Chimney stacks were removed throughout the property and new plasterboard walls replaced the original lath and plaster walls. As the property was completely gutted and taken back to shell and core, also completed were full renovations of 2 bathrooms, new rear facing windows installed, new flooring, plumbing, wiring, lighting etc. Paul and his team are conscientious, polite and have excellent attention to detail. Our snagging list on completion was minimal and the few small cosmetic items were resolved expeditiously."
