"We needed a solution to multiple problems with our 30yr old UPVC windows - the frames were fine and still secure in the building, but many glass panels had blown, locks and handles had failed, and hinges had deteriorated so that some windows neither opened nor closed properly. George was excellent; he responded promptly to my original request, visited to make a fuill and careful assessment of need, and discussed with me the options for each of the many windows in our house without 'telling me' what I needed. We negotiated on the dates for the work to be done, to suit us both. I was consulted throughout as inevitably some issues came to light during the repair works, and a course of action was agreed between us before the extra work was added. Throughout, George was polite, considerate and extremely tidy. He has literally saved us thousands of pounds - instead of replacing everything regardless, we have reconditioned to a high standard, and been considerate to the environment."

"George was the consummate professional, explaining in great detail the work that he would do to repair my windows. He clearly knows his trade really well and I had every faith he would do a brilliant job, which he did. He was a personable guy who I had every confidence in trusting to be left in my home. "After the gale force winds before Christmas, our conservatory door blew back which pulled it off its hinges. George ordered the hinge and came yesterday to fit it. He ended up taking the whole door off, replacing two hinges and relocating a third. He repaired the plastic surround and the door now opens perfectly. Excellent work. Definitely recommended."
