"Within five days of contacting United Roofing Services (Anthony Obrien), I'd had a roofing inspection undertaken and report produced (which I needed for my mortgage application). The report has covered the key areas, including timber structure, tiles, felt condition, chimney, and velux windows. Each area has been scored out of 10, and given indication of whether it's an immediate concern or not (thankfully all good in my case); and any minor repairs required. I'm very happy with the report; and it was good value for money compared with another quote I received."
