"Louis responded immediately to my message and arrived within 30 minues to fix our front door lock. Extremely polite, courteous, quick and efficient, he did a complete and thorough job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Louis to anyone needing a locksmith."

"A friendly helpful young man that had good communication skills between myself via the phone and my mother in person putting her mind at rest about what he was going to do , listening to her and talking to her , even helping her with a loose window screw on the latch. He fixed the problem with the door lock and took his time to show her how it works , some people treat older people as stupid but this young man did not . I would like to thank him for that and would use him again if needed."
