    "Had a blocked drain and significant leak. Sam was there within the hour and got it sorted very quickly. Quick, professional, very friendly, and not overpriced (cost less than I expected, in fact) - took a lot of stress out of an potentially very stressful situation."

    "We had a problem with blocked drains which required Sam to come out three times over the Christmas and New year Period. Sam was great - extremely helpful and responsive. He came out at very short notice even over this holiday period and when he had significant personal commitments. He was able to resolve the problem quickly and effectively and even thought he problem reoccurred - this was not Sam's fault and he immediately returned to resolve the problem. We were charged for the first visit but true to his word, all other visits were free until the job was completely fixed - even though the last visit was not really connected to the original problem. Sam was extremely professional throughout and I could not be more pleased with the service received. I would strongly recommend Sam for this kind of work and will not hesitate to use him again. Thanks Sam."

    "Sam was an absolute pleasure, extremely polite and efficient. He came the day after I called (it wasn't an emergency) Showed us and explained the problem and after a reasonable quote fixed it on the spot. Would definitely recommend, thanks Sam!!"

    "Contacted UK Drainage Monday morning regarding a blocked drain, Sam arrived that afternoon after calling to ascertain the problem and arrange a time. Job was completed and work area left clean & tidy. Unfortunately there was still a partial blockage but Sam was back the day after my call to rectify the problem and the drain has been ok since. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone with drainage issues."
