"From the start Richard was very helpful and clear about what he intended to do. He tanked my basement and damp proofed a large part of my flat. Plaster work was excellent as was all other works. He went above and beyond in explaining certain things about the work without being patronising, I will recommend Richard to my friends."

Penny - Image 1 "Richard did a great job of refurbishing our bathroom. From the beginning he was reliable, punctual and always very respectful of my tenants space. He completed the job, with a high standard of finishes, good workmanship and always kept us up to date on any difficulties he might have encountered or changes we might need to consider making. When there was a malfunction of the shower mixer, he came back , made sure he found the issue and repaired it . This was over a weekend and there were no delays in him returning to help sort out the problem. Richard was professional, friendly and meticulous in his work and we are thrilled with the end product. We would be happy to use his services again should we need to carry out any further renovations. Thank you Richard."
