Lynne - Image 1 "First met Jake when he came to solve a heating problem I had, at the time I was impressed with how polite and knowledgeable he was. Short of it was after speaking with Jake a decision was made it was best to replace the old boiler with a newer version. A date was booked and even though an issue arose, Jake was on the ball sorting it out. The day the boiler was fitted, Jake arrived with his father to help. Both were very professional in their approach and were extremely helpful with any question I ask. Jake was very diligent with his work, and provided a very good service. Would highly recommend him"

"After some grief with a faulty water pump and some unreliable plumbers, I contacted Jake to see if he could help. Jake responded quickly, politely and seemed to know what he was talking about. We arranged a date and Jake came and completed the work that morning. He was very neat and friendly and when complete, his work seems a very high standard. I love how silent my new water pump is and I’m glad I contacted Jake to fit it. Highly recommended."

"I can highly recommend Jakes work as he is always very knowledgeable and reliable with the servicing and repairing of our gas boiler and central heating system. He is also very good in carefully explaining what the problem is and how it needs to be resolved.
