"Great service! Had a leak for some time that we've struggled to get someone to fix. TwinSun arranged a visit on the same day I spoke to them, Reece found the issue and arranged to come back within a couple of days and get it fixed. Really impressed with their service, the speed they came out, and the quality of their work. Very happy to recommend them and will use them again!"

"No reason to think that the work was not carried out to a good standard. As a lay person it is best to leave this work to a qualified engineer and Reece filled the bill. I did check back with Charlie in the Twin Sun Office before writing this review. I am sure that the quote he gave would have been £129.00 ex VAT but when I wrote it down on the call I missed the ex VAT bit! So I was surprised to pay over £154 using card! I called Charlie back today to explain that as a residential customer it would stop any confusion if quotes were for the actual amount to be paid (unreasonable?), especially with older people like myself. Twin Sun Company policy is to quote ex VAT, so that is that. The only place where there was a star lost was on value for money. I understand that costs will have gone up so I did expect to pay more this time round but as it was over 250% more than my last maintainer, who liqidated last year, I think any other maintainer would have been likely to lose a star now."
