TTL Roofing Ltd provides excellent quality roofing services throughout Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.
We are expert roofers who specialise in all types of roofing including major re-roofing projects, repairs and heritage work.
We know it can be stressful asking around for quotes but we are a friendly company with good values. We can come round at a time which suits you and we will respect your home whilst carrying out our work.
For repairs - we offer free quote visits and we will talk openly about any work that is needed. We usually take pictures to show you where the problem is and we will talk to you about all of the possible solutions.

"Tom provided a free quote the day after the initial call, he quickly assessed the required repair and agreed a price. He also answered questions I had quickly. His team were punctual, friendly and tidied up each day. The repair was undertaken in the timeframe initially agreed working around my schedule. I'm pleased with the quality and outcome. I would recommend Tom to friends. Overall fantastic job."

Zena - Image 1 "We were having issues with loss of tiles during high winds due to elevation and direction of our roof. Tom gave us great advice and understood what we were looking for. We were very pleased with the work completed by Tom and his team. Great communication, timely quotes and advice and the work was completed with minimal noise and disruption. The team were very tidy, polite and came every day until the job was complete."

"The work (strip roof and redo using existing tiles where posible) was done to a high standard. The team were very good, polite and hard working. The cost was good and close to my own estimate. There was a delay in them starting the work but thier initial start date was probably too enthusiastic. Thanks Tom and team."

"The trader took my money to complete a survey, then tells me that the entire roof (3 bed semi) needs replacing and will cost £19,800 +VAT to replace. No breakdown given on how this figure actually came to be. I requested an itemised quote and the photos from the drone survey and the trader has been nowhere to be seen. No response to emails or WhatsApp messages which is how I had been communicating with them. No breakdown in quote given. Would not recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. The estimate service that we provide to homeowners is free, however, customers who are not owners of the property in question are charged a small fee for this service. Once our visit is complete, we provide a written professional report which you can use to evaluate the value of your purchase. Customers usually pass our findings on to their solicitor or agent to negotiate a better price should we discover any major problems with the roof. The roof you requested us to survey requires a re-roof and we provided an estimate of the cost. Full details and explanation of this can be found in your survey report. An itemised breakdown of the materials required to carry out the re-roof is not included as part of this service. We use a drone to capture images of the roof to reduce the likelihood of damage to the property (which is not currently owned by the customer). We do not usually include these photos as part of the service; however, we were happy to send these to you when you requested them via WhatsApp on 14 October.
