"Why won't the system accept the date of the work? Can't upload image. I had a complete safety check and overhaul of my ancient boiler. I would like to recommend the heating engineer who did this for me. Name: Ross Williams. Mobile phone: 07467 838 522 Company: Tru-Heat Ltd. email: info@tru-heat.co.uk. Website: www.tru-heat.co.uk My boiler (providing hot water a heating) stopped heating my flat, and I found a heating engineer/gas-fitter online. He came the next day and got to work immediately. His name is Ross Williams. Ross dissuaded me from buying a new boiler, and got the boiler working well. He gave me an estimate for replacing the faulty parts, which he’d got working but really needed replacing. He put no pressure on me to do further work or buy new parts. Ross is a kind, patient and quietly efficient person - a pleasure to meet and totally trustworthy. I’m 83 years old, and live alone, so you can imagine how grateful I am to have discovered him."

"It was an urgent boiler repair request, which Ross agreed to fit in on the same day. Ross arrived early in the 2 hour time window he offered when accepting the work, having confirmed his ETA an hour beforehand. The problem was quickly resolved and clear advice given on how to reduce risk of further incidents and what to do in the event of a repeat. All in all, top quality."
