Julia Gibbs - Image 1 "John Mark and Daniel were fantastic builders, communicating with me right at the start of the project, until the end. They extended my en-suite which meant knocking down a wall. They fully tiled the bathroom and put in a new shower/sink and cabinets. The process was very easy and stress free for me as they steered me towards their professional trades people that they have close affiliations with. They were punctual and cleaned up every day after they left. I would not hesitate in recommending Total Services Building Ltd. In fact, I had them back last week on another project- putting down a cement base to fully house 3 large wheelie bins. They are lovely professional guys who listen to their clients and come up with great ideas. I am having them back next year on another project."

"I had a continuous serious water leakage problem due to defective box gutter on conservatory. Mark stripped out the gutter and rebuilt it. It has been well tested with the amount of rain we have had, and has been perfect. They also built a shed, knocking down and removing the 2 old ones. If not only looks good is perfect for my needs."

"John , Mark and Daniel built a new patio area for us . Old brick patio was removed and cleared , new patio laid with minimum mess and total efficienty . They also refurbished our dining room , laying new flooring and providing and fitting a new radiator . Cannot recommend them highly enough ."

YvvY - Image 1 "The dream team: John, Mark and apprentice, Dan. My whole flat was renovated and decorated, including a new kitchen, toilet and shower room, moving radiators and doors, electricals. My needs were met and with their advice, the flat is now so homely and modern, and most importantly, practical and energy efficient. There were many challenges which Mark was very good at solving them. John was great in project managing the whole process, with me travelling for work, he did much of the liaising, negotiating and picking up materials. I have complete trust in them; they demonstrated flexibility, creativity, innovative thinking, and most importantly, constantly considering my needs. I was always kept in the loop with the progress from their daily texts and photos, that helped with being offsite. When I wasn’t sure of certain things, they were just a phone call or a text away. As with all projects, not only was their workmanship excellent, the project was on time and budget. Highly recommended."
