    "We contacted Tom for a quotation to refurbish our kitchen and utility room, with new worktops, doors and drawer fronts, mosaic tiling and new flooring. Tom engaged proactively from the outset and provided a prompt and perfectly reasonable quotation with a really useful breakdown allowing us to fully understand the costs. We ordered all the main materials ourselves and shared our proposals with Tom to ensure he was aware of our actions. During the works Tom arrived as promised and tidied up before leaving each day. Tom executed the works quickly and efficiently and solved a few issues on the way in a proactive and considered manner. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom as a reliable and capable tradesman, and we would definitely use him again to undertake any future work."

    S - Image 1 "Tom was fantastic from start to finish when we asked him to fit our Wren kitchen and utility room. Unlike others he gave a breakdown of costs and came in very reasonable on price. His work was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We wouldn’t hesitate using him again."

    "Tom was very polite and clear with us about the plan from the start and his quotation was received quickly. He emailed to confirm the start date and turned up on time both days leaving our kitchen clean and tidy at the end of each day. All work was done with care and to a high standard. We would highly recommend TLM Property Improvements and plan to use Tom again for future works."

    Beki Gregory-Lawrence - Image 1 "Tom refitted our bathroom, including tiling and decorating. Tom did an absolutely fantastic job! His attention to detail was second to none and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Tom was always neat and tidy each day. We really appreciated Tom’s opinion and ability to solve any issue that cropped up from when we previously had the bathroom fitted. Tom’s neatness and finesse was brilliant, particularly with the grouting and decorating. We will certainly be calling on Tom for any future projects! We can’t recommend Tom enough- 10/10!"
