"I was impressed when I saw the heat pump installation at my friend's place down the road. After she had it all done by TLC Home Group in Colchester, she called me to take a look. The work was completed impeccably, and I was amazed at how quiet and efficient such a big machine could be. Intrigued by the quality of the work, I decided to contact TLC Home Group. I reached out to them, and within just three weeks, I had a quote and a scheduled installation date. Today, my heat pump is up and running smoothly, thanks to Levi and his team at TLC Home Group. I want to extend my gratitude not only to Levi but also to the entire team, including those in the office. The customer service provided by TLC Home Group has been excellent, making the entire process smooth and satisfying."
