"Very happy with the work completed by Tom at TJB Electricals. Tom responded quickly to our call and communication with him was excellent. He was always helpful, professional and clear in his explanations. Moreover he listened to our needs and responded helpfully to get the results we wanted. He was punctual and extremely tidy when working both inside and outside of our house. The work was done efficiently, to a very high standard, and on budget. "I couldn’t be happier with the work completed for me by TJB Electrical to replace the consumer unit and update the electrics in my home. I found them to be very quick to respond, communication was always clear and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Work was completed cheerfully and efficiently and I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his associates. I will definitely use TJB Electrical again."

"We had lost power to our house on a Sunday morning, and I needed someone to help quickly . I found Tom at TJB through a Google search, preferring to use a local firm than a large national. I certainly got that right. Tom got back to me quickly, was really helpful with messages and on the phone. Did not treat me as an idiot and arrived quickly and found and fixed the issue in no time. He also explained well what had happened. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended."
