They came to access the job before starting to make sure that what I wanted was achievable and were always so easy to communicate with. They showed up every day on time and always asked question and kept me informed with the progress - offering solutions to any obstacles that arose. I was dreading having this work done as we only have 1 bathroom in the house but we coped and they connected the toilet every night and a week later were all finished. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future I’m delighted with the end result"
