"This company came out to look at the job. I was told it might be something very simple but would need further inspection up the ladder. I was anxious as this sounded costly. Within 24 hours the roofer came and inspected and repaired the job. I also had him look at another area of concern as by now I was a worried sick. At the end of the job I asked how much the bill was and I was told it was free as it was just a small repair. I am just utterly astounded at this !! I used the same company in 2021 for a gutter repair and was very impressed back then with the service and cost. But I never expected this !!! I promise I will pay this forward because they have renewed my faith in humanity, honesty and integrity. I know the boss is called Derek, you are on a pedestal Sir !!! And Willie the roofer, what a lovely young man you are. !!!! Anyone in Falkirk needing a trustworthy company, I just found them for you ❣️"

"Thistle Roofing recently completed roof work on my property in Edinburgh. Derek came out and quoted the job, price was agreed, and the guys were on site the following week. Really easy to deal with and a quality job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
