"We were contacted in advance to remind us that gas boiler service was due. Date fixed. Engineer came in the 4 hour time slot we were given. Accomplished gas service as contracted. No findings. Assisted with overview of Hive controller and advised on location of internet boxes to better ensure reliable functioning of boiler controller. Everything was performed by the Thermo-Flow service engineer to our satisfaction."

"Rad valve replaced OK. The radiator is now heating up. Also Alex looked at the overflow tank in the loft which was filling with hot water and overflowing to the outside pipe. This was fixed by turning down the water pump speed to reduce pressure. All OK and it was good to get some advice in advance via Cindy in the office."
