The Solar & Renewables Co. Ltd is an established renewable energy company, based in Surrey.
We provide renewable energy solutions in Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, and London for both residential and commercial properties. At The Solar & Renewables Co. Ltd our aims are to help both residential and commercial customers towards a sustainable alternative to gas and electricity with the use of renewable energy, whether that be done from the use of Solar PV or Air Source Heat Pumps.
Solar and other forms of green energy are the future of energy production in the U.K. We wanted to create a customer experience that did justice to the benefits of Solar and its accompanying parts.
Our unique background means we have been able to redefine the customer experience completely. From our interactive calculator to the rigorous post-installation checklist - our customers know that not only are they getting the right system for them, but the workmanship is of the highest standard.

Luke Trinder - Image 1 "Very responsive and communicative throughout; we’re very happy with both the process and the end result. The price was equivalent to the Octopus quote but with much better service. Very happy we chose this small, owner-managed business to support. - I had A LOT of questions about the process but George was more than happy to answer all of them - clearly and usefully! - via WhatsApp and over the phone - They’ve provided us with app access so we can get on with buying electricity from and selling electricity to the grid - the returns on this are much better than you might have been led to believe so the payback time for solar panels is much quicker than I think thought - They also cleared our gutters and removed some annoying cables from the side of the house for us - 15 panels were delivered on the Friday morning and the install and handover were complete by 2:30pm!! - Mark and George are both useful guys to have around and their team has done a very tidy job. Would recommend!"

"I recently had a solar system installed by Solar Co, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. George and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. George took the time to explain every detail, making sure I fully understood the process and the benefits of the system I was getting. On installation day, George and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job without any issues. I was particularly impressed by how neatly everything was installed, and George went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from the wiring to the positioning of the panels. He even took care of the bird protection, which other companies hadn’t included in their quotes. Throughout the entire process, George kept me informed and was always available to answer my questions. The aftercare service has been fantastic as well, with George following up to make sure everything is running smoothly."

Richard Coombes - Image 1 "I selected Solar Co after getting many quotes (7KW panels, inverter and 15.5KW battery). I could not be more delighted. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, efficient, polite and have a real focus on customer care. Sale. At no time did I feel “sold to”. George provided information and advice, letting his knowledge and experience sell itself - visiting/calling when he promised. The price quoted was highly competitive and was what I paid – no extras! Installation. The team were fantastic - friendly, polite and efficient. Installation took a day and was neat and exactly as described. The team left everything exceptionally clean & tidy. After sales. I had a minor hardware issue – no fault of the Solar Co. George was super responsive to work with the inverter supplier to fix the issue, keeping me informed of progress at every turn. He also stressed that I should not pay the outstanding balance until I was happy everything was working."

Chris - Image 1 "I wanted Solar panels with a battery installed, however, who do I go to? Octopus and Heatable have their online quotes but their quotes don't include bird protection or any of the miscellaneous stuff. I reached out to George at Solar Co. and he offered to drive over, he sent up his drone to look at the roof and later that day he sent over his quote with the elements he would install. After I called him several times to check on this and that, we agreed a price. On installation day all elements of the Solar Co Team were polite professional and helpful. Nothing was a challenge for them. George called in throughout the day to ensure the project ran on time without any hitches. The day after the installation, George emailed me my certificates and licences for selling to the grid. I am very pleased I went with a local business and went with Solar Co (George & Mark) I would happily recommend Solar Co to anyone."
