"Brandon turned up within 2 hours to unblock my drain. He cleared the blockage and used his camera to show that it was caused by tree roots out in the street - so Thames Water’s responsibility. He even gave me the number to call them and told me what to say. Great value - considerably cheaper than a company who could only offer me an appointment in 4 days. We discussed another problem and were so impressed by his grasp of the problem we’ve already booked him to fix that too!!"
