"The gentleman from the Drain People arrived on time and was both courteous and friendly. We were impressed by his obvious knowledge and expertise which he attributed to 30 years experience. Both jobs were successfully completed without fuss or bother and to our complete satisfaction. The charge seemed to me to be very fair and reasonable. We were very glad to have selected the Drain People for the work because within a few days there was more torrential rain but on this occasion the drain which had been previously been blocked was able to cope with the rainfall without difficulty and has continued to do so ever since and we have had no more flooding."

"Very pleased with the service. Our engineer was Matt. He was friendly, helpful & explained everything he was doing. He sorted the blockage in our toilet & nothing was to much trouble. Very reasonable in cost. Would highly recommend & if we ever need their services in the future would definitely use the drain people."

"Obviously very busy . Came on afternoon after I phoned. Cleared all outlets from 2 toilets and the inspection pit. No blockages so far and everything seems to be flushing properly. Very efficient . Very friendly guy."
