There was no hard sell and the quoted price is what you pay, there are no hidden extras as is the case with some other companies. From initial contact to completion, Marc and his team have been very professional and friendly, explaining each stage of the work as it was carried out, with Marc himself directly visiting us each day to ensure we were happy with the standard of work. We are so pleased with the finished work and honestly couldn't have wished for more. A* company."

Michael - Image 1 "An excellent company, managed and staffed professionally at every stage. From the start we were fully informed of the expected process and it all flowed seamlessly : from delivery and construction of the scaffolding, through the wash down, to the final coating, with completion photos being provided at every stage. The work team were excellent in both their co-operation with each other and their care and consideration towards ourselves. We are also pleased to fully recommend the extra work carried out on an obsolete chimney stack. It was removed and renovated with skill and care, with attention being given also to the resulting internal brickwork needed. We began this process with little vision of how it would all work, but thanks to their skills and professional attitude it was a very satisfactory experience. Thank you Clever Coating Company ..we are pleased to highly recommend you all."

"After a chat with the director, Mark Nash we decided on having our roof cleaned of 60+ years of Moss Dirt and Grime etc; which to be perfectly honest was a very good decision! The work was carried out by Dave and Sam, which we were very pleased with, they were extremely polite and worked very hard. Although this was a very messy job, they cleaned it up very thoroughly! Mark explained in detail what they would do, and it was carried out exactly as promised. Looking at the finished product, we are very impressed. Our roof now looks better than it did when it was built! Thanks for a great improvement to our Bungalow. Margaret and Barrie. Brightlingsea, Essex."

Sue - Image 1 "I can't praise this team enough. From Mark (with a K) who did the leaf drop, oversaw the work and signed it off, to the boss Marc (with a C) who loved to talk about his business, showing his passion. Dave and Sam, who did the work creating a fabulous new-look roof in two days, worked hard as a team. They were extremely polite and personable, making courtesy calls on my neighbours to warn them of the noise and mess. They cleared up as they went along and cleaned up at the end of each day. My neighbours are now thinking about having their roofs coated as mine stands out so well. I highly recommend that they do."
