    "Had an issue with a water leak in our immersion heater. Tom came round very quickly to assess the issue and was able to order a replacement and fit it within 3 days. He provided details of charges and explained the problem & what needed doing. He also replaced the plastic pipes with copper ones and did a neat and tidy job, There was also a separate issue with the pressure pump connected to our boiler which he replaced. Checked all the rads to make sure everything was working before he left. Tom was friendly and professional and I would be happy to use him again"
