We never take on more than two or three jobs at any one time, so rest assured you have our full attention and workforce at your disposal. This also means time scales and completion dates can be adhered to. All of our workers are hardworking family men with a passion for not only providing excellent workmanship and quality, but they also provide excellent knowledge and are of a friendly nature. They all go that extra mile and strive to make sure that our customers receive the very best from start to finish.

"CBS helped us with a rear, double side and loft extension. We spoke to a few builders but from the first meeting with Rob, we knew we had found the right team. Rob took the time to fully understand our requirements, make suggestions and guide us through the process. Throughout the build the whole team worked incredibly hard. Ian & team were super friendly and helpful, treating our property with respect and keeping areas as clear as possible. When snags did appear, as they naturally will, they were resolved with the minimum of fuss. Louise in the office was a tremendous support throughout, helping to resolve issues and keeping track of cost. A particular shoutout though for Dean & Luke. Like the rest of the crew, both worked tirelessly to help create our perfect home. After issues with the plans prepared by our architects were identified, Dean was an incredible help, adopting the role of unofficial home designer! We are delighted with the job so far and would definitely recommend them."

David - Image 1 "We had a loft extension in Summer 2024 and are so glad to have chosen Cheam Building Services. You're in good hands right from the first visit. Rob and Louise clearly understood what we wanted with a really good proposal and a realistic price. They're also very understanding of how daunting a project like this can be and always took the time to talk things through, which was hugely reassuring and made things straightforward. Everything was very well organised. When on site the team - mainly Dean and Luke - were totally reliable and great people to have around. Everybody worked hard and quickly to get things done. They clearly know their stuff and were always happy to talk through what was happening or any decisions that needed making, making sensible and practical suggestions. Quality and attention to detail is great - the new space is really impressive and has made a massive difference. Our experience was great, and no question we'd choose Cheam again. Highly recommended."
