"Came at short notice to fix storm damage and completed everything before the next bout of bad weather. Quick and efficient work. Slightly higher quote than others, but the only one willing to come at short notice, so fine. On the down side, a replacement tile did not match the size of existing ones leading to slightly ugly result and perhaps a potential weak-point in future, though I will need an independent expert assessment to be sure."

"Turned up the following day, and provided a quote and photos of the issue. The next working day the work was completed as agreed. Gutters realigned as they weren't flowing, repointing & some chimney repairs."
