    "I was very impressed with the high-quality service James provided. He always replied to my messages quickly & politely, and worked quickly, efficiently & cleanly all the time he was here. We had a tricky problem with an old toilet cistern, and I was delighted when he suggested the most economical way of solving it. He completed the job when he said he would, and on budget. This level of customer service is increasingly rare these days. Would definitely recommend him, and would use him again if needed to."

    "Whatever the problem TandT will try and put right, they are responsive and efficient I always use them for any small inconvenient plumbing job, not many plumbers want to come out for those type of jobs! Nothing too much trouble."
