"This company worked on my Parents home addressing the leaking the chimney and coping around the base. Job was costly but quick. However, In under 6 months damp was running down the internal walls of my parents home. Under the guarantee they should have come back to fix their work. Never saw them. Constantly ignored on WhatsApp. Parents ended up paying for additional work to roof and decorating to fix extensive damage internally. I would not recommend."

"Following storm damage, a roof tile needed replacing. They claimed we had other problems which needed fixing and the solution was to remove the tiles, felt and battens and install an upgraded water and vermin proof felt. The work would have a 10-year insurance backed guarantee. The quote had 2 prices, one for a standard job, and the second a maximum price they could charge if there were unforeseen complications. The Managing Director tried to invoice me for the higher sum, but did withdraw it as there were no problems with the work. Although it was stated that no payment would be required until the job was finished, a substantial sum was paid when the men had finished the roof, but had not completed clearing. After what I considered pressure from them, I finally agreed to pay the balance prior to the clearance, but on the strict promise that the 10-year insurance backed guarantee would be promptly issued. That was 10 months ago still."
