    "I had a first floor extension with seperate toilet and wash room built. Extremely pleased with the work, great lads. Complete professionals, worked perfectly to the time scale set. couldn't fault in any way. Would highly recommend."

    "I had a media wall built with Spence Building Services Ltd and they did a fantastic job very thorough and updated me on every stage throughout. Arrived when they said they would. Completely transformed my room couldnt have been happier. They ensured there was no mess left for me to have to clean up and were very polite and respectful whilst in my home. 1 of the guys noticed a damaged curtain pole and offered to fill and fix it whilst they were there for me. They were very competitive on pricing will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family."

    "The boys did a full Refurb of one of my rental properties,all work was completed to a high standard even fitted a hot water outside tap for free and completed job 3 days ahead of schedule. definitely recommend"
