"Technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and polite. He however didn’t manage to find the leak so I was left none the wiser as to where the problem was stemming from. He did offer to continue to search for the leak over the intial 4 hours but at an hourly rate which was costly, with no guarantee that the leak would be found."

Leak detection can be complex, and despite using industry-standard, non-invasive diagnostic methods, it is not always possible to conclusively locate a leak within the initial attendance. Our pricing structure and minimum attendance period are outlined in advance. Where further investigation is requested beyond this period, additional time is offered on an hourly basis. As with all diagnostic services, it is not possible to guarantee a successful outcome in every case, and this is communicated transparently prior to any additional work being undertaken. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as part of our ongoing service review"
