"Came to fix slow emptying toilet. Left a request yesterday for a callback on this site and Chris called that evening. It was agreed that he would come next day between 10:00 - 11:00 and he arrived at 09:40. Problem identified and sorted swiftly, and also cleared heavy scale in another pipe which was cleared after discussing with us before proceeding. Both Chris and the young man with him were cheerful, polite and tidy. Explained everything showing us the images of the problems via live camera footage. Would highly recommend."

"I highly recommend Smart Drainz Ltd. They were quick to arrange an appointment and Cody and Ryan were efficient, tidy and professional in fixing a broken drainage pipe. Cody was also exceptionally knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout."

"I had a blocked drain and called another company. They came and unblocked the drain late at night, took a brief look at it and told me that work needed to be done which would cost me several thousand pounds. As I had never had any problems before and this was a large sum I called in Smart Drainz for a second quote. They spent an hour going through my drains in detail to evaluate their condition using their camera system and talking me through what they saw while I was also able to watch on the camera monitor. It turned out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the drains and the other company was trying to scam me. Nick from Smart Drainz was friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable - most importantly he was honest with me that no work was needed. If you want to work with a company that you can trust to only quote for the work needed and to act in a professional manner then I can recommend Smart Drainz."
