Smart Asbestos Services provide professional asbestos surveys in Nottingham for homeowners, landlords and commercial properties across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

With over 30 years’ experience working within the asbestos and waste industry, our team provides clear, reliable surveys to help identify asbestos containing materials before refurbishment, demolition or property purchase.

Asbestos was widely used in buildings throughout the UK before the late 1990s, and surveys are often required to understand where asbestos may be present and how it should be managed.
